Education sales and operations veteran will lead the organization’s growth strategy while implementing effective operational and financial policies.


AllCampus, a leading online program management services provider partnering with top ranked institutions to make higher education more affordable, accessible and equitable, today announced the appointment of Celeste Martinell as Chief Operations Officer in the midst of impressive expansion for the organization and transformation within the education industry.

Martinell brings nearly 20 years of experience in operational leadership, with an emphasis on guiding higher education and learning organizations through periods of rapid transformation, to her new role at AllCampus. She will be tasked with implementing company-wide strategies that enable consistent growth while delivering impactful daily and quarterly business outcomes across each department. Martinell will also assume responsibility for AllCampus’ operational, product and technology procedures.

Most recently, Martinell served as Vice President of Sales and Customer Success at BenchPrep, a learning engagement platform. Previously, she served as Vice President of Strategy and Market Development at Wiley University Services, a global provider of technology-enabled education solutions. During her 10 years at Wiley, Martinell served in various executive roles while leading operations and driving organic and inorganic growth strategies.
